So here is my card:
The background is a 4 x 5 1/4 piece of twilight cardstock. I faux stitched around the outside with a pen. The "tire" tracks are the arrow stamps from the "Sightseer" stamp set. They are stamped in black, olive and twilight, although it is hard to tell on the picture they are different colors. The sentiment is from the "New Arrival" stamp set, inked in Olive and colored with the Slate alcohol marker. These colors work so well for a boy or girl card!
Thanks for looking and have a great weekend!
Cute baby card, Teresa! Thanks so much for being our guest designer this week (sorry I didn't get you on the blog right away, but I fixed it)! Thanks for joining in the challenges at Color My Heart! We appreciate you!

Wonderful baby card for either boy or girl! I especially like how you used the tire tracks from Sightseer in the challenge colors. They really brought my eye directly to the very cute elephant image. Thanks for joining us as a Guest Designer for the Color Dare this week. You gave us some great inspiration!

I agree with Marie. All those diagonal lines (stamps and flags) also suggest the upheaval (explosion of life as you have known it to now) that having a newborn brings! Very cute and clever card. Glad to have you designing at Color My Heart this week.
ReplyDeleteHow adorable is that! Great way to criss cross the stamps! So excited to have you on as guest designer this week! :)
